An insider at Royal Darwin Hospital has reported that millions of dollars are being wasted on patient travel rorts that are not part of government policy. Certain officers in the Health Department are deliberately not following government policies and are costing the tax payer millions.
The Health Department is also providing meals for thousands for no reason, that is outside of existing policies. “People just walk in off the street and get a meal”. Apparently this is just the tip of the iceberg.
