Michael Riches appears to be going to let some corruption cases go through to the keeper. Michael has got the same idea as Ken Fleming, it has to be big! Riches is either in the investigation of corruption or he is not. LINK
As Commissioner I will focus on four important functions. First, I will only investigate the most serious allegations of improper conduct. Matters that I do not consider warrant the direct use of this office’s investigative resources will be referred to another agency and, if I think it necessary, I will oversee the way in which that agency deals with the matter.
What will the agencies do? Throw the whistleblower under a troopie or a road train.
Michael Riches sounds like a preschool kid, big things and training wheels.
