We were recently contacted by a disgruntled employee of an NT Government agency claiming that they had been bullied. Nothing new nor novel in their claims. Among their claims was a statement by a manger that went something like “well lots of other people say that they have been bullied by “X” too, it is consistent behaviour and you have not been singled out, so what are you complaining about?”
