Why is everyone on tenterhooks when comes to Aboriginals and crime in the NT? We have to admit that Aboriginal Communities are dysfunctional and start making them functional. Time to get rid of the bleeding heart do-gooders and try a new strategy. If nothing changes there will be more crime and more people will be shot.
