Low population with high levels of corruption. Why is it that the NT is the corruption capital of Australia?
Getting away with it all and they have been for years. Many bureaucrats have a sense of entitlement whilst others are so incompetent that they give opportunities for others to be corrupt.
John McRoberts can only be described as one of those who felt entitled to bend the rules for a corrupt friend.
Kamitsis can be viewed a couple of ways. Being creative is one of those. We say this because the travel scheme was poorly designed from an administrative point of view and this created the irregularities. There is no suggestion on our part that charging extra for services not rendered is legal.
Our government must be corruption proofed and it is not.
