Is there an Operation “E”? Operation Extinguish? Does the NT Chief Minister head a plan that calls for all prisoners in NT correctional facilities to be shot should there be an attempted mass break out?
It’s a chilling thought to consider, a mass escape of murderers, rapists and paedophiles. Such an escape is unlikely but nevertheless the possibility has to be considered.
Just imagine what the media would make of such an event. A headline such as Holtze Holocaust would not be unexpected.
