Our elected members have failed us. Crime continues to get worse as the social fabric of the NT seems to be disintegrating. Not one person is prepared to engage in the hard conversations that need to be held. Everyone remains tight lipped lest they be called a racist. Political correctness, self-censorship and cancel culture are ruining the NT. Whinging on social media groups will not achieve change. Change comes at the ballot with electing candidates who will take action.
Consider the idea of using security dogs in Alice Springs. There would not be enough security dogs in all of Australia to effectively patrol Alice Springs let alone dog handlers. The whole thing sounded like a subsidy scheme for a security firm. Besides it would not work, we are sure that those targeted by the dogs would soon start using poison baits. LINK
The Trust notes that Aboriginal people in the NT have always been on the outer, separate, marginalised so it is not surprising that many disengaged young Aboriginal people do not play by mainstream society’s rules. Yeh, they do not care and prison is considered to be a hotel, a criminal record is meaningless when it is their norm.
We have to call it as it is. The Northern Territory has an Aboriginal crime problem. The fact that the majority of those incarcerated in the NT are Aboriginal says it all.
The recent events in Wadeye and numerous other communities in the NT suggest there is a crime rampage.
No doubt Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker will be doing his best to keep “a lid on things” for his masters.
Robin: Holy yidaki, Batman!
Batman: This is not a time for levity boy wonder. Recent events in the community of Wadeye suggest that we will be entering a period of spin.
Robin: Does that mean that the Gunner Government will start a distraction?
Batman: What does a liar do when he’s dead?
Robin: He lies still.
You know, I used to work for the Northern Territory Government, I was no fucking good then but now I am a consultant! I am back to help (myself).
Remember the shit drivel I used to spout out when I worked here before? Well now the taxpayer has to pay four times as much for the same shit now I am a consultant!
Michael Gunner’s Labor Government is letting me suck on the public tit, they are encouraging me to suck it dry.
My latest project is for Northern Territory Police Department. The Shooting Together Action Plan in Remote Communities. So far I have looked at culturally appropriate Glock pistols, This design will adorn pistols used in communities. Projectiles will also have a locally inspired motif. It would be great if the police could shoot people in a more culturally appropriate way.
Culturally Appropriate Police Shooting
The appointment of Matthew Grant to ICAC looked dodgy from day one. Now he works for the NT Police. This looks just as dodgy. It looks even more dodgy now there is an ICAC investigation into the Rolfe matter.
Remember that Grant has a brother who is the Chief Justice of the NT Supreme Court.
Was there a campaign to paint Zachary Rolfe as a “rogue cop”, a “trigger happy” officer who liked to cut corners within the Northern Territory Government? Or was it something else that lead to Rolfe being charged with murder? We believe that Rolfe was an “offering” and that is why he was charged with murder.
Territory Cops Target Practice
Decisions made by Michael Gunner and Jamie Chalker appear to indicate that Zachary Rolfe was charged with murder to appease the population of Yuendumu and the wider Aboriginal population of the Northern Territory.
As we have previously said Michael Gunner does not rush to every murder scene in the Northern Territory, so why did he rush to Yuendumu?
Why did Michael Gunner involve Ken Fleming, the previous head of ICAC? Fleming’s antics in Alice Springs when he got hold of a microphone were reprehensible.
Jamie Chalker seems to have some form of amnesia when it comes to what transpired prior to Zachary Rolfe being charged with murder.
Will Michael Riches the current ICAC head be able to establish anything? We hope so but will be surprised if he does!
We see this whole Rolfe matter as being indicative of the Northern Territory. Rolfe said it correctly with words to the effect that the NT is a cowboy outfit. Sadly it is totally true the NT is a cowboy outfit, the whole NT Government is one.
The Northern Territory is a cowboy outfit because:
- Crime is allowed to get out of hand.
- Crime is tolerated in remote communities.
- Many public servants cannot do their job or simply do not follow policy and procedure.
- There are high levels of nepotism within the government.
- The is a high turnover of government employees.
- Bullying is rife within the public service.
- Being truthful is discouraged.
- The government often employees mediocre individuals with barely a pulse.
- The government is reactive.
- The periphery gets few resources.
- Failed policies continue despite evidence showing failure.
- The promotion of dysfunctional communities.
- Failure to deliver on basic services.
Everyone should be asking why did a young man end up in the criminal justice system in the first place? Partly due to anomie, from a lack of purpose or ideals. For many life in Aboriginal communities in the NT is pure misery. Crime probably is the only option for many, an escape from their humdrum existence. Did Kumanjayi Walker have to die?
We need to be asking Michael Gunner and the Labor Government he leads what they have been doing to solve these issues?
OK lets do it one more time! Action. “I do not recall”. Fantastic and that is a wrap! Remember just keep answering I do not recall.
Is Michael Gunner making it easier for lobbyists in the NT?
The Northern Territory Government and various bodies closely associated with the government (so-called independent boards, bodies, societies etc.) have a long history of retaliation against those who have digressed from the NTG narrative.
According to this narrative Rolfe should have been found guilty and now should be inside a prison. When things do not go to plan for the NTG it becomes vendetta time. Anything and everything will be used against the subject of the vendetta. No amount of money will be spared in pursuit of an individual.
Police, nurses, medical doctors, teachers, lawyers and various other public servants who have refused to be involved in cover-ups, have questioned mismanagement or have gained a victory like Rolfe have all become subject to the NTG vendetta.
There are those in the higher echelons of NTG agencies who become fixated with scoring a victory over an individual at any cost. The Trust has been provided with reliable information from several sources to verify that NTG officers will tell lies and commit fraud to carry out a vendetta. It is win at all costs for the NTG.
So it seems Zachary Rolfe is not the only NTG employee with a target on his or her back.
Remember that the Northern Territory Government has vast amounts of taxpayer dollars to pursue an individual. So solicitors, barristers and investigators can easily be engaged by government, cost no object.
Cocktail frankfurts are often referred to as “little boys”. Is it time to drop the use of “little boy”?
