All Eyes On Rolfe Case

No doubt most pundits will be watching the Rolfe case in court room 2 of NT Supreme Court.

Meanwhile Corrupt NT Inc. aka the NT Government continues with:

  • Nepotism
  • Bending over backwards for lobbyists
  • Cover-ups
  • Dodgy deals
  • Hiring consultant mates
  • Giving grants to mates
  • Shafting whistleblowers

Ken Fleming May Be Gone But The NT Parliament Refers Him To The Committee Of Privileges

What will Natasha Fyles, Lia Finocchiaro, Eva Lawler, Gerard Maley and Chansey Paech have in store for Ken Fleming QC?

A quick glance of the membership of the Committee of Privileges identifies that the three Territory Labor members of the committee Hon in front of their names. The Trust can tell you that there is nothing honourable about Natasha Fyles, Eva Lawler or Chansey Paech. Talk about delusions of grandeur!

In the case of Eva Lawler it would be surprising if she had not been referred to ICAC. LINK

Will Ken Fleming be the ICAC whipping boy?

THE NT PARLIAMENT WANTS A WATERED DOWN ICAC

CAN WE DILUTE IT ANY FURTHER?

A Free Media

Greater Transparency in Government

Michael Gunner Is NOT Delivering Any Reforms To Clean Up The NT

IS GUNNER THINKING MORE ABOUT HIS FUTURE IN THE CORPORATE WORLD AFTER POLITICS?

Whistleblowers Of The NT Need To Blow Harder

New ICAC Commissioner Michael Riches needs to be made to earn every cent of his salary. If you think it is corrupt then report it. Do not let Riches sit idly bye sipping lattes and eating his favourite croissant. Whistleblowers need to fill ICAC with reports. Your report could nail someone, it could be the report that breaks the camel’s back.

Redaction Failure – ICAC, Estimates Committee or Lawyers?

In a submission to the Estimates Committee John Lawrence SC keeps the identity of his client anonymous. He keeps the submission gender neutral and uses a pseudonym for the client “B”. All is good, well we would have thought so until we got to two letters from Ken Fleming the ICAC Commissioner that are attachments.

Attachment 4 has left Ms rather than redacting it. We now know the gender of the individual concerned. This is a redaction fail.

Attachment 4

Attachment 5 is the same. (see below).

Attachment 5

Seems minor but it contradicts what a Senior Counsel has stated at the start of his submission. The Estimates Committee published it to all the world. It is failure and can allow the identity of the “whistleblower” to be discovered.

Woe To The Whistleblower Yet Again

Once again it can be said it is woe to the whistleblower. Whistleblowers from within the NT public service will always face an uphill battle. The government and that includes NT ICAC will always paint a whistleblower as a bitter and twisted employee with performance issues. Ken Fleming has done that to the script that has been used so many times.

Want to get on in the NT public service, shut up and do a lot of arse licking. Rock the boat and you are out.

The link goes to a submission to the Estimates Committee from John Lawrence SC representing an individual referred to as “B”. “B” is a whistleblower.

From what The Trust has read about the NT ICAC it would seem that there is a culture problem within ICAC itself. Has Ken Fleming allowed the dark triad into his office?
