Who Is Paying For The Zeitgeist?

The anti-nuclear movement was massive at one time, nuclear war is probably more of a risk now yet there are few protests. Why? Because there is no funding of an anti-nuclear movement. Who was funding it all? The Soviet Union.

Today China, Russia and the United States are funding all sorts of organisations around the world. China and Russia appear to be homophobic nations so they will fund LGBT groups in the West to create a schism within society. In the same vein funding radical Aboriginal groups will achieve the same end as does funding pro-Palestinian or Israeli groups.

Foreign governments are splashing cash to turn the zeitgeist, they pay to get you to think in a certain way that is to their advantage.

Whistleblowing Being Expropriated By Journalists, Academics And Wannabes

We kid you not, every wanker in Australia wants part of the whistleblowing pie so to speak. Journalists, academics and what we call wannabes are all having talkfests, writing articles, theses, creating political parties, movements and whole host of other stuff in the whistleblowing space, not one of them an actual whistleblower. Whistleblowing is being expropriated in the public sphere. We see little benefit in the approaches taken by these people because it is about what they can get, example an article, PhD or media profile. They lack the real drive to support actual whistleblowers with practical solutions to take on those who bully, intimidate and prosecute.

We favour more a pragmatic approach that takes direct action immediately using all the legal avenues available in this country. Such an approach is not conventional, most solicitors and barristers balk at the idea of really taking on the establishment. How many times have we heard “his (her) honour would not like it”, “I do not see a case here” and “perhaps you should just settle (so I can get my fees quickly”.

Then there are the journalists who claim to be on the side of whistleblowers, in reality they just want to get a great story to improve their career. The same goes for academics, I did my PhD on whistleblowing, my theory suggests ………………….. . All the articles and theses will not assist a real whistleblower in their fight.

Politician 3: “Tragic (a thought bubble moment – a pity we could not have shot him.”

Politician 4: “There are more important things than self-indulgent attention seekers.”

David McBride – A Great Lesson In How Not To Be A Whistleblower

We have empathy for Mr McBride. LINK

However given Mr McBride is a lawyer and has substantial experience with government we would have thought he should have been ready for what was to come.

Firstly never leave a trace, ensure that information is leaked anonymously, keep them guessing who it was. Why be a martyr when you do not need to?

Secondly, have an escape plan if prison could be a penalty for your activities.

Thirdly, attack those who would attack you, legally if you can.

Fourthly, hurt the government where it hurts, the ballot box and media. Cause embarrassment to the PM on a constant basis. Make him look a real dick, out of touch with the people.

Sadly though Australians are more concerned with Israel and Russia.
