Clearly the target is Aboriginal people, we cannot beat around the bush and pretend that it is not. Given the health of some of these individuals a spray of capsicum could be the end for them. We cannot see Coles and Woolworths for example wanting a death on their hands.
On the the side of the coin, businesses are sick and tired of thefts and violence.
Perhaps it is time for Aboriginal organisations to admit they have no influence at all over the behaviour of their kinfolk.
